Step 1: Consultation & Assessment
We assess your teeth and gums to determine the best approach for your whitening treatment. Our team will discuss your goals and expectations to ensure we deliver
the results you’re looking for. We provide personalized recommendations during your initial consultation.
Step 2: Professional Teeth Cleaning
To ensure the best results, your teeth will be professionally cleaned to remove plaque and surface stains before the whitening treatment. This complimentary
cleaning is included with your in-chair whitening session and prepares your teeth for optimal whitening results.
Step 3: Whitening Application
As you sit back in comfort at our practice, we will apply a specially formulated hydrogen peroxide-based gel that breaks down deep stains that reside on the surface of
the tooth. The gel is light-activated and is applied at four separate intervals of 15 minutes each. All that’s left to do is choose your music or Netflix show while you
wait and relax.
Step 4: Reveal Your Brighter Smile
After the hour-long treatment, you’ll immediately see the dramatic transformation. In just one hour, go from dull to dazzling, revealing a brighter, whiter smile that’s

Following your whitening treatment, proper aftercare is essential to maintain your beautiful results.

Immediate Aftercare (First 48 Hours)
After whitening treatments, we recommend avoiding any food or beverages for a short period of time. You have to be careful with what you eat and drink for the next
day or so. Our rule is simple: “If it will stain a white T-shirt, it will stain your teeth.”
Avoid for 48 hours:
– Coffee and tea
– Red wine and dark sodas
– Richly colored sauces (tomato sauce, soy sauce, curry)
– Berries and dark-colored fruits
– Tobacco products

Your Aftercare Kit

Following your 1-hour session at our practice, we will give you an aftercare pack including a Philips Zoom Teeth Whitening Pen for those touch-ups in the coming
weeks. This allows you to maintain and extend your results at home.
